The Celtic Cross Energy Ritual is a variation of the Kabbalistic Cross that I created to teach to my coven, The Star Mountain Grove. The intention of this exercise is to be done as a standing medition, utilizing vibrational chant (feeling it move through and the Universe). The goal is to allow you to align and connect with the higher realms and allow easier contact with your guides, higher self and psychic ability. It is recommended one does this every day for a few months until you are able to alter your state of consciousness at will and evoke the awareness with ease. I hope you love it as much as we do.
