Yoga: The Ultimate Goal - Gary Evans & Olga Terebenina on TJBS

Gary Evans and Olga Terebenina have just returned from India after studying and becoming certified in the ancient practice. Learn about the different types and traditions this path offers, the difference between Eastern and westernized yoga and what the 8 limbs of yoga mean.

Gary Evans is a Co-founder and Director of Holistic Healing Therapy LTD. Gary has been investigating earth mysteries and studying acoustical properties for more than twenty years. From the Great Pyramid to Moray (a site in the Andes), Gary has worked at some of the most fascinating and mysterious places in the world. Gary recently studied as a yoga teacher in Goa, India and now runs yoga and sound events across the county of Surrey in England. Gary promotes and organises tours & conferences in the UK, US and across the world to raise general awareness of ancient wisdom and mysticism. Gary also gives talks at conferences covering ancient knowledge, sound, acoustics and the effects ancient sites have on our consciousness. Alongside his wife Olga, Gary is now training businesses on the benefits of Mindfulness, Sound and Nature Therapy.

Olga Terebenina is a Co-founder and Director of Holistic Healing Therapy LTD. She is a qualified Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher, a Level 3 Usui Reiki Ryoho Master Teacher, a Yoga Teacher, a Crystal Healer, and a Sound Therapist. Olga is also a blogger for The Huffington Post. Olga finished her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Goa, India. She is currently teaching Traditional Himalayan Style Yoga in South West London and Surrey, UK. Olga currently works with the media, charities (including Surrey Wildlife Trust and Wildlife Aid), communities, and business groups, including Surrey Chambers of Commerce, on raising awareness for health, wellbeing, and environmental issues. Olga works with businesses creating mindfulness-based health and wellbeing programs aimed at improving the quality of work and productivity in the workplace. Mindfulness programmes also make savings on the corporate bottom line. Olga is also a philosophy graduate from Kings College London.
