Curses can be intentional and unintentional and can be set into motion by an off-hand remark, a bad decision, a practitioner of the dark arts, or a personal or generational trauma. In the case of personal trauma, it is believed a piece of our soul is lost. Thus, we must unravel the curse and heal the lost soul part, restoring one to wholeness and balance.
