Protecting our energy
We can protect our energy in simple, real ways that help us stay grounded and honest with ourselves.
Sometimes that means we don’t answer the phone when we’re not in the space to talk. We can respond to messages when we truly have the capacity—not just when others expect us to.
We can choose to speak to ourselves with kindness, especially when we’re moving through uncomfortable emotions. Offering ourselves the same compassion we give to others.
We can give ourselves a little quiet time in the morning, even if it’s just a few moments to center before the world starts pulling at us.
We don’t always have to prove we’re right. We can choose peace over winning. And we can remember that not everything deserves our energy—some things just aren’t that important in the bigger picture.
When something starts to drain us—an event, a conversation, an interaction—we can gently step away without needing to create conflict.

And we can make space to rest… to reflect… to restore. Because that’s not a luxury—it’s how we stay whole. 🙏♥️
