All too often when we have that moment of clarity or find that book or path or church that resonates with us and suddenly we find ourselves losing ourselves, our humanity, our inner nature, easily ending up in a state of denial. Denial of life, the atrocities of the world around us or even worse, denial of our own happiness because "it's supposed to be that way". This could not be further from the truth. We must remember, enlightenment is about authenticity, return to the Self, the real you and it is not "one size fits all."
